With a semi-recessed basement, super silent, vibrationless sheet piling, this development embraces both the traditional Cambridge architecture of facing brickwork with reconstituted stone, and the development brought a modern twist with a curved, zinc roof.

Oander has been appointed as the developers Quantity Surveyors providing robust cost and contractual advice to ensure the successful delivery.

As part of our procurement strategy for this traditional project, Oander produced a comprehensive Bill of Quantities to provide greater flexibility in negotiating a competitive contract sum.
