Oander is delighted to be supporting Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC) to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer (CDM) Services. The project consists of a mixed enabling works package, including demolition, site clearance and asbestos removal in preparation towards the future / wider regeneration of Camberley Town Centre.
Surrey Heath has secured funding from central government through the Brownfield Land Release funds (BLRF), which is part of the One Public Estate Programme.
The funding is to enable and encourage development, releasing brownfield sites which will be the catalyst for development, unlocking new housing opportunities and revitalising local communities.
