In the role of Principal Designer (CDM 2015), Oander has extensive experience in leading the planning, managing, and monitoring of health & safety - on behalf of our clients - through the pre-construction phase of a project.
Our experienced construction and safety professionals provide pragmatic, methodological advice based upon years of site experience, technical knowledge, health & safety knowledge, and delivering construction projects throughout the industry.
Our collaborative approach enables us to integrate with the client’s team, providing support, guidance and advice to ensure compliance. We instil confidence through discharging of our client’s responsibilities under the Regulations.
We work with our clients to develop the client brief, prepare and disseminate the pre-construction information, liaise with designers and contractors to ensure the flow of information and that health & safety is considered, while risks are identified and mitigated through the project lifecycle.
We will liaise with Principal Contractors through the construction phase and ensure the preparation of the Health & Safety File for issue at completion.
