The Oander team has spent a considerable proportion of their careers within contracting and development businesses, so we are able to provide experienced and comprehensive support at all stages of a construction project, and particularly in challenging periods.
With our extensive experience and in-house resource, we can support constructors during pre-contract and estimating, formulating estimates using traditional methods or utilising sub-contractors through to producing SMM7 Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and contract reviews.
During a live contract, we can provide ongoing post-contract support with seconded quantity surveyors to help administer, procure and manage the sub-contractor accounts or provide support during challenging final account negotiations, claim situations and dispute avoidance/resolution.
