Oander is delighted to announce the commencement of works on the redevelopment of Holy Trinity Church, Redhill, a significant project that will deliver a new church centre for the local community in Redhill.
Oander’s Role in the Project
Oander has been appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the scheme, providing cost management and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. We are working alongside MEB Design Limited, who are acting as Employer’s Agent, while being directly appointed by The PCC of Holy Trinity Church, Redhill.
This appointment reflects our continued commitment to supporting community-focused developments and delivering robust financial and contractual oversight from inception through to completion.

The project represents a major step forward for the church and its community facilities. The works include:
- Demolition of the existing church hall and administration building
- Construction of a new, modern church centre designed to better support worship, community activities, and outreach initiatives
- Delivery of improved, flexible spaces that will serve the needs of the parish and wider community for many years to come
With a contract sum of £2.68 million, the redevelopment is a significant investment in the future of Holy Trinity Church and its role within the local area.
