In the role of Project Manager, Oander managed this project through the full project lifecycle on behalf of NHS Property Services.
Our role included; scoping the works, tendering and contract award recommendation / award and subsequent client representation to administer the construction contract and oversee the implementation / commissioning and handover stages.
With the works taking place within a live healthcare environment Oander worked closely with the resident facilities management team and representatives from the local user groups to programme and deliver the works in a sequence which accommodated the operational constraints of the health centre.
The final bringing into use of the new system including an electrical power shut down of the clinic and test and commissioning of the new system took place out of hours to avoid disruption to our client.
