Last week, the Oander team had the pleasure of attending the Camberley Jobs Fair, where we met a wide range of talented, motivated individuals who are eager to explore career opportunities within the property and construction industry.
Throughout the day, our team enjoyed having engaging and insightful conversations with job hunters about career pathways, professional development, and the future growth of Oander. It was a great opportunity to share more about who we are as a business, the services we provide, and the exciting projects we are currently working on across the sector.
We were particularly impressed by the enthusiasm, ambition and diverse skill sets of those who visited our stand. From graduates and students exploring their first steps into the industry, to experienced professionals seeking new challenges, it was inspiring to see so much interest in building a career within the built environment.
