Oander are delighted to announce the recently achieved Practical Completion for refurbishment works to the LEECH Ward, at Leatherhead Community Hospital in Surrey.
The works delivered include the reconfiguration and full refurbishment of the wing which contains the main physiotherapy department within the hospital used by MSK Physiotherapy Surrey Downs Health and Care.
The work delivers a new 1600 sq ft, purpose built gymnasium area, 7nr examination / consulting rooms, 2nr clinical rooms and newly configured reception / waiting / office space to serve this facility.
Oander’s Operations Director Steve Carrington said “Its great to see the amazing transformation that has been achieved since the turn of the year and for Oander to continue supporting valued clients NHS Property Services and Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust with their ongoing refurbishment plans”.
